Help my skin burns in the place where it folds or is tight?

i%26#039;m not fat- 6%26#039;5 195, but one of the places it burns is on my stomach where the skin folds over. If I sit down at all when I stand up I have distinct red lines on my stomach where the folds are. There are four lines from my belly button to my chest.


Also a tight spot is (sorry) right above my but crack. it is really red there too.


I showed my Doc but he was like no big deal. Well it is a big deal it%26#039;s like a sunburn but it%26#039;s winter and raining everyday for the longest....anyhting appreciated thanks!
