Yes its still bad. While your not burning your skin, your still baking it, thats why it turns brown. It can still cause skin cancer, and wrinkles at an early age, skin discolorations etc....

Better off just staying pale, and using lotion sparingly !
Reply:pale isnt bad. and if you didnt wear suntan lotion, you would just get a giant burn rahter than a tan. hmm, red or tan?
