How should I sleep?

I have terrible sunburn on the back of my legs, my stomach, and my shoulder area... any suggestions will work. I%26#039;m tired and desperate for a good night%26#039;s sleep.
How should I sleep?
how about in a nice recliner at a 45degree angle, with a soft pillow under your knees. good luck.
How should I sleep?
I don%26#039;t know...but that sounds really painful!!

Reply:I have been in the very situation most summers of my childhood. There really isn%26#039;t much that you can do other than I would suggest you try finding a cooling gel with aloe and vit E to keep your burnt skin moisturized as much as you can. I think the stuff I used to use was an aloe and vit E gel something like %26quot;after sun%26quot; possibly by %26quot;fruit of the earth%26quot;. I can%26#039;t remember exactly because it has been a long time. Slather that stuff on about 10-15 minutes before bed so it has time to sink in and so that you aren%26#039;t going to bed all gooped up still. My other suggestion, either stay out of the sun so much or keep the sunscrean flowing. My mom avoided the summer sun a lot growing up and is still getting skin cancer now because of it. Please care for your skin.
Reply:Buy some solarcaine at walmart or something. It%26#039;s a spray and has some topical anesthetic effects. (IT WILL NUMB IT FOR A WHILE) After you spray it, you will feel so much better. I had some really bad sunburn once, all over my body, and I used that stuff. It worked great for me.
Reply:I can never find anything to help with my sunburns. Boy, do I get burned. Be careful.
Reply:get a cream or gel with aloe and a %26quot;caine%26quot; pain releiver (lidocaine, etc.) Apply multiple times, sleep on your stomach. Try taking some Tylonol PM or similar to help reduce the pain and get you tired, maybe even get some valerian root to help get you sleepy. Good luck!
