How do you make a scrub?

you know like a brown sugar facial scrub or a special scrub for sunburnt skin?????????????
How do you make a scrub?
I am always leery of offering tips for the face - because I feel our face is so sensitive you are better off using pure and natural products formulated - as that.

But a good foot/body scrub is olive oil/kosher salt and a hint of real lemon juice and brown sugar -

our body may not be as sensitive as our face -

Otherwise mashing lemon/avocado and cucumber is about the best advice I%26#039;d trust-

Buy Booths - facial products at your drug store all pure and natural and tested on humans to ensure they are alright.

You should not scrub your skin when it is sunburned. It is damaged and needs to heal. Use aloe vera or an oil-free lotion on it. Once your skin has healed you can use some sugar or brown sugar in olive oil as a scrub. You can also add honey to it.
Reply:Combine brown sugar, honey and baby oil. For a sugar scrub, start with 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, and baby oil to moisten. This makes a light scrub.

For sunburn I%26#039;ve alway used aloe vera gel, not a scrub.
Reply:I really dont know how but hi
