Would you rather watch NFL games at home or live?

Personally speaking, I had rather watch them at home. I can sit in a comfortable chair and go to the fridge whenever I want and not have to pay $3.50 for a warm 20 ounce soda. I don%26#039;t have to smell funky beer breath or have to stand up to be able to see the game because there is nobody in front of me. I can go pee without standing in a line a mile long. If I don%26#039;t like the way the game is going I can switch over to another game or flip back and forth between several games. I don%26#039;t have to park 5 blocks away and fear the whole time that something has happened to my car or will I be able to remember where I parked. I don%26#039;t have to worry about sunburn or freezing to death or getting drenched by a rainstorm. What do you think? Can you come up with more reasons to watch the game at home?

Home. I would say a game a year would be nice (not that I do that --seats that arn%26#039;t nosebleeders are freaking expensive), just to have the experiece, but it would have to be (for me) vs. someone who I know we%26#039;d win against, because 1) if it%26#039;s a blowout and you loose, it would probably be boring and you%26#039;d feel like you wasted money 2) if it%26#039;s close and you blow it (Chargers v Ravens %26gt;_%26lt;) then you%26#039;d be angry (atleast I would, I was storming around the house that day) and feel like you wasted the money (though not as much of a waste if you played good before you blew it).





Plus all of the reasons most people have stated. The comforts of home are nice, especially if you, lets say, start to feel pretty bad (health wise) in the middle of the game, you could be in the restroom and just turn up the TV. Plus you have instant replay and different angles so you can see how wrong the referees are.

Live because u get into the game while at the house u dont pay as much attention except if u%26#039;re a reallly huge fanatic.
Reply:Sitting in the wrong seats during any baseball or football game can be boring, but, there is that certain something that makes being there special, especially when you don%26#039;t have season tickets.

With live, you can go with a friend, and then to the bar afterwards. Live, you can tell your friends on monday you were there. Live - you can watch the chick behind you lift up her jersey. Live - you can have the experience of actually being there instead of being locked up at home or in a smelly or smokey bar. Live - a great bonding experience with a family member. Live - get there early and watch them practice.

Reply:you must not know what you are missing. There is nothing like being there. The bathroom line isn%26#039;t long cause most people are in thier seats. In NFL stadiums you can see well over the person in front of you. And there is always the 40 ft screen. The beer is cold and is more like a 40 oz but cost like 6.00. and You don%26#039;t park at the stadium you ride a shuttle.





I have been to several NFL games I sat in the press bx so I didn%26#039;t miss any of the other games because there are TV%26#039;s in the press box. But we were not allowed to cheer in the Press box so I always wished I could be out with the fans.

Reply:when i had season tix,i really loved seeing the play develop which you dont get to see on t.v. because they only show what they want.but it was a long ride home if your team lost.
Reply:I%26#039;d rather be at home for an NFL game unless it%26#039;s a really big-time rivalry game like Oakland at San Diego or Green Bay at Chicago. Then I%26#039;d rather be there just to enjoy the noise that 60 or 70 thousand idiots make rooting for whichever team is theirs.





The same goes for college. I would definitely rather be at a Georgia-Florida or an Ohio State-Michigan game, but I%26#039;d rather be sitting in my chair in my sweats with a cold one and a pizza for anything else.

Reply:at home hands down. NFl games are obnoxious sometimes. Drunks fighting over the outcome, no real brotherhood like you have in college either. At home you have your family, your chair, your fridge, your remote to change it once your team is either down too much or up too much, or even when you want to check on other games. And yes, no weather factor. I totally am for at home.
Reply:Oh at home of course. I can put my Patriots blanket on the couch, with my Patriots jacket on, my beer in my Patriots koozie and watch an awesome game.

Reply:depends on the game. if it was a big game like playoffs or superbowl, i would love to go. Any other game i would rather be at home relaxing, able to see whats happing, instant replays, and such. also nothing beats a BBQ and some green smoking during the game
