You%26#039;ve got something more going on than a freaking jalapeno oil burn. You might be having an allergic reaction to the oil, or to one of the many remedies you%26#039;ve said you%26#039;ve triend. Or, you might have hurt your hand in some other way. Try benadryl, and if that helps it was an allergic reaction. If not, try soaking it in a large volume of room temperature water to allow whatever substances you%26#039;ve got on your hand to diffuse out into the water. If your hand starts to swell, go to a hospital!

If you use Milk this will take the burn away.
Reply:Try sugar water. Sugar helps to alleviate pepper in the mouth - perhaps it will work on the hands.
Reply:that is odd. must of been some spicy jalapenos! i would put neosporin on it. it will heal it and it has ingredients that numb pain.
Reply:LOADS OF ICE.... Take some antiallergics like claritin/ benadryl. Some Cortisone cream 2 times in a day... It will take sometime before the burning settles. Avoid soap and warm water.

Remember next time Either readymade salsa or ask someone else to cut the jalepenos.
