i have the same thing on my hand and the only thing that worked for me is lubiderm lotion. honestly i dont use any medication for it because it is so mild. try to prevent these areas to be exposed to cold weather. keep your self warm. good luck.
Reply:PINE TAR SOAP ....... YOU CAN GET IT ON EBAY, HEALTH FOOD STORES ........... SEARCH FOR IT ON YAHOO ANSWERS AND YAHOO.COM
Reply:Vaseline will work if that is all you have for now. My sons have eczema and we use Cetaphil soap and cream. A bar of soap runs about $3 and the cream about $8 but it will last you awhile. Would be helpful to use in addition to your medication. You can take benadryl for the itching and the spots on your arm you could use cortisone cream as well. I wouldn%26#039;t put this on your eyelids though since it is a steroid. We are an unscented family. Meaning no pretty smelling soaps, Free of dye and perfume laundry soap and no dryer sheets. It has done wonders for our family. Hope this gives you some ideas on how to manage it.
Reply:Vaseline is a very good moisturizer and will work temporarily.

Avoid prescription medicines as long as you can because all of them are steroids-based and depress the immune system (read the side-effects). I suggest that you should try one of many natural remedies available. In my case the herbal cream and spray from Champori.com worked the best: I haven%26#039;t had a flare up in more than a year now after only 2.5 weeks of treamtment!

Best,

Bernadette
Reply:I have a remarkably mild case of eczema too. I use Eucerin cream around my eyes %26amp; on my eyelids. It doesn%26#039;t irritate my eyes.
