I need help?

well, i go swimming a lot.. and im VERY dark. so when i go swimming, what time would it be best to go swimming around?? and if i wear a long sleeved shirt on top, then do you think it would decrease the risk to get sunburned?

You should always have sunscreen on spf15 of higher to protect your skin from the sun, no matter how dark or light your skin is. The worst time to be in the sun is between 10 am and 3pm that is when the rays are at there highest peek.

Well, you can get sunburned through a shirt, so that won help much, and you should be safe without sunscreen after 4 pm
Reply:7-8 because the uv rays wont get to you when its dusk
