i have no rash or anything.....it started on the top of my **** days ago...but now same sensation is on my thigh on the same side....it feels like sunburn.. but skin is not hot...but there's nothing there....what could this be??....i'm not on anything..no antibiotics..nothing....please help!...

I'm not really sure but maybe fibromyalgia. I would def. go see your doctor about it. Good Luck!
