Nipples hurt?

i am a guy and yesterday i was tanning for three hours on my front. and a couple hours after, my body starting hurting and getting red. i already know it%26#039;s sunburn because it hurts like someone is pinching me, but then my left nipple started hurting all of a sudden. and now my left nipple is different from my right one. i am really scared so please someone help me. what is happening? and when i feel my nipple, i can feel there is a hard tissue clogged together.

That happened to a friend of mine. Both of his breasts eventually became like female breasts and he had to have a double mastectomy. Good luck.

Reply:happened to my friend, not when he was tanning but it just happened it got like lumpy under his nipple and it hurt and his doctor said the pain will go away soon but it will stay lumpy for a while, and not to worry about it
Reply:Put a cold compress on it. If it%26#039;s sunburn, that will help. You really should have that checked out.
