Sun stroke avoidance?

My wife's Name is Sucheta,she is 21 yrs old ,she is chain smoker ,she always seems smoking to me.She smokes 120 cigs daily,She is suffering from skin diease ,she is having sunburn on her hands,due to sun stroke...what can be done to avoid sun stroke?











can she wear hand gloves of cotton of shoulder size that is 25 " %26amp; as well as white aooron to avoid sun stroke

Tell her to drink lots of water, stay out of the sun as much as possible. Wearing a large brimed hat is a good idea, especially if she's outside a lot. Lightweight, loose cotton clothing, that covers the entire body is a great start. Just keep her cool with ice cold water, and light, watery fruits, like watermelons, cucumbers. Wear sunblock, everyday, all over her body, at least an SPF 30, especially on her hands if she's already burnt. Gloves are a great idea, especially cotton to help protect her hands. If she is outside, you just want to keep her covered, but not overheated. And try and help her quit smoking, this is already doing a huge amount of damage on her lungs, which will just be overloaded if she's outside in the heat.

I don"t think it is due to sunstroke. Why don"t u go see the doctor? Why don"t u take for councelling to stop smoking.It may be due to the cigars. It is urgent that u must take her to a doctor.
