make a sunburn go away over night? I went swimming today and I got burnt. My nose is like red as a cherry and my whole face and shoulders and back and cheast is burnt. How can I make it go away over night?

overnight isn't gonna happen.





get a cocoa butter or aloe lotion.. just keep the sunburn hydrated. that'll help it go away sooner AND prevent peeling once it does go away.

Reply:no...it goes through stages..............first you heal and then you peel and you're just as white as you were before...

Reply:I don't think it can go away that quickly, but I know using baking soda in bath water takes a lot of the pain away. Follow up with after sun lotion,Noxzema for your face. Sounds weird but I've used it before.

Reply:You're not gonna believe this, but.....run a bath and pour about half a gallon of white vinegar in it. Then just relax for about 30 minutes. For the parts of your body NOT touching the water, use a washcloth and lie it over them. More than likely, it will completely be gone by in the morning.
Reply:you can make it a lot better. put aloe vera gel on it, it will really help and may make it completely go away if its not to bad

Reply:Put aloe vera on, that's the best thing you can do for a burn, and it feels soothing......you shoulda, put on sun screen, silly!..................:)......the aloe vera, also comes with a pain killer in it, they have it at walgreens, try it.
